This session was so fun! The kids surprised their mom with family portraits, as all the ones on their walls were old, and they knew she would love updated images. They planned the session for a few days after her birthday. The eldest, who was the surprise mastermind, was also hoping to leave her mom with photos as she left for her first year of college.
We made sure to get a couple extra of mom and the eldest, so she could have a few special daily reminders. They were all so fun together, teasing each other and eliciting laughs all evening long. We met up by the river and the youngest was climbing trees and wanting so much to run through the water.
As a Boise family photographer, I always work with families to help select or at least discuss wardrobe choices. These four coordinated spectacularly, which makes such a difference in the final image.
I had so much fun working with these four and they ended up with some great pieces for their home. They chose an album, containing their full gallery, a large framed wall image and 4 individual portraits for their hall. Beautiful legacy pieces for their home!
